Initial Consultations Available to Help Discuss Your Medical and Aesthetic Goals.

Dr Vidura Perera, who holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Cosmetic Medicine, will assess your concerns and discuss whether any treatment is suitable for you, including the risks and alternatives.

Cosmetic Care

Our initial consultations will help you choose the treatments most suitable for reaching your goals. Treatments may vary from patient to patient.

Rejuvenation

Restoring skin health and addressing the visible signs of aging, sun exposure, and pigmentation. Treatment options depend on your skin type, concerns and history, and more than one approach may be discussed. Results vary between individuals. Every plan is tailored to your skin type, concerns, and long-term goals.

Services include:

  • Acne assessment and management plans

  • Assessment of pigmentation concerns including melasma, sun damage and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation

  • Consultations about fine lines and skin texture

All treatment options, including their risks, are discussed at consultation. See Risks & Recovery.

Non-Surgical Facial Balance

Consultations about facial proportion and contour. Dr Perera will discuss what you are hoping to change, whether a non-surgical option is appropriate, what it involves, its risks and limitations, and how long effects typically last. Results vary and no outcome can be guaranteed.

Services include:

  • Non-surgical rhinoplasty

  • Chin, jawline & side-profile assessment

  • Lip volume

  • Cheek volume

  • Brow assessment

  • Wrinkle consultations

Treatment is only recommended after assessment and is not suitable for everyone. See Risks & Recovery.

Skin Health Checks

Full-body skin checks, dermoscopy, monitoring, referral pathways, cosmetic and medical mole removal, skin lesion biopsy and removal.

Even during winter and on cloudy days, UVA and UVB rays can still damage your skin. Sun damage accumulates over time, increasing your risk of skin cancer and other skin changes.

Routine skin checks are a crucial part of general health maintenance. For most people, skin checks every 6–12 months are appropriate. People at higher risk, such as those with a family history of skin cancer, may benefit from checks every 3 months, as recommended by their doctor.

Hair Thinning Assessment

Hair loss has many causes. Dr Perera will take a history, examine the scalp and arrange tests where needed before discussing options, which may include medical management or platelet-rich plasma (PRP).

PRP involves taking a blood sample and injecting the processed plasma into the scalp; it carries risks including pain, bruising, swelling and infection, results vary, and it is not suitable for everyone. See Risks & Recovery.
